Gruffalo mint framed stamps from 2019. The stamps show four of the characters children see in the book: the owl, the fox, the snake and the mouse as well, of course, as the Gruffalo himself. The book written by Julia Donaldson must be one of the most popular children's books and children when out in the countryside can often be heard 'Looking for the Gruffalo'.
