The stamps were issued in 1990  These framed stamps for all pet lovers and children show a Kitten, a Rabbit, a Duckling and a Puppy. The stamps commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the RSPCA.

The external dimensions of the frame are 16cm x 21 cm.
